From day one Ronnie was professional, personable and real, which my fiancé and I truly appreciated. We had a particular price point that we could afford, and in the current market, was very difficult to find. Ronnie sent us listings everyday and would even send us texts asking if we had seen this or that property pop up mid day...he was also exceptionally patient with us as we looked at MANY properties before we found the right fit for us. During the escrow process we had a hang up with the roof not meeting FHA standards and a previous offer had fallen through because no local roofing company was willing to do the work without pre-payment. Ronnie saved the day by finding a company from Sacramento that did a quality job on the roof and was willing to wait until close of escrow for payment! As if that wasn't stellar enough, on the day he brought us our keys, he showed up and saw that the sellers were nowhere near done moving and that we were actually helping them pack so that we could get our things into the home at the time promised. Instead of just handing us the keys and saying, "Good Luck!", he started grabbing boxes or anything he could get his hands on and helped us get their things into their moving van! We are so grateful to Ronnie for making the home buying process as smooth as possible and for truly going above and beyond on so many different occasions! I highly recommend Ronnie to anyone that needs to buy or sell a home!!

I expected to not find a home in months due to the high market and our lower budget but he was so quick with responding with houses within our budget that we found our first home within 2 months. It was only on the market for 2 days and He quickly put our offer in after we saw it and it was excepted within hours of placing it.
